TxABA has been collecting resources related to the COVID-19 virus and its impact on behavior analysis practice in the state. Below are resources that we hope will be useful.


The 2020 TxABA Conference will now be live streamed. Check the 2020 conference page for further updates.


The TxABA Executive Council and Conference Committee will continue to monitor the most recent information and guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other organizations. TxABA Preventative Measures



Preventative Steps You Can Take


For a complete list of preventative steps, please see this list from the CDC. The main items from that list are below:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds after being in a public place, blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
  • Use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth if you have not washed your hands
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • If you are sick, stay home except to get medical care
  • Wear a face mask only if you are sick or caring for someone who is
